Description
The role operates and provides technical support for an Oracle PL/SQL-based logistics application, handling incidents, service requests, error analysis, monitoring, and sustainable problem resolution. It involves developing and optimizing PL/SQL logic, supporting web-based user interfaces, coordinating with business, support, development, and external partners, documenting changes, and establishing cross-departmental second-level support. The position requires technical education or comparable experience, several years of mission-critical application experience, strong Oracle PL/SQL and SQL knowledge, web-technology familiarity, and German and English communication skills. The minimum salary is €3,397 gross per month for full-time work, with additional payment possible.
