Citi is hiring a full-time Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developer / Oracle Lead to design, develop, test, maintain, and optimize Oracle database solutions. The role covers PL/SQL objects, ETL workflows, data migration, performance tuning, database deployment, CI/CD, automated testing, troubleshooting, and collaboration with business analysts and cross-functional teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 8 years of Oracle development experience, Agile experience, Git and CI/CD experience, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
