Mindlance is hiring an Oracle Solutions Architect Manager for a six-month engagement in Washington, DC, with a hybrid schedule requiring two-thirds of the work onsite from day one. The role serves as the primary technical and functional design authority for Oracle E-Business Suite R12, leading solution architecture, cross-module design patterns, integrations, modernization, upgrades, security, compliance, and governance. It also manages solution architects, functional leads, and senior developers while partnering with business and IT leadership. The position requires 10 years of Oracle EBS experience, including 5 years in architecture or solution-design leadership, along with expertise in EBS R12, ADOP, EBR, OIC, APIs, and ERP modernization.
