Description
ProSmile is seeking an Oral Surgeon to provide comprehensive oral and maxillofacial surgical care in established dental practices. The role includes conducting examinations, developing treatment plans, performing surgical procedures, administering sedation, collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals, and educating patients. Candidates must hold a DDS or DMD degree, be board certified or eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, have a current New Jersey license in good standing, and have at least three years of clinical experience. Compensation is $1,200 per day for the first three months or 43–47% collectible production, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, continuing education, and professional liability coverage.
