Risas Dental and Braces is hiring an Oral Surgeon for its Desert Sky location in Phoenix, Arizona. The role offers 12–16 days per month, flexible scheduling, and 40% of collections, with no buy-in. The surgeon will perform IV and conscious sedation, surgical extractions, implants, complex extractions, alveoloplasty, pre-prosthetic surgery, pathology, and biopsies in an outpatient setting. Applicants need a DDS or DMD, an active Arizona dental license or eligibility to obtain one, current DEA registration and Arizona sedation permit or willingness to obtain them, and experience leading a chairside surgical team.
