Description
Foundational is hiring an Orbit Determination Engineer / Astrodynamist to develop and run precise orbit determination products from laser ranging and other tracking data. The role involves modeling forces and measurements, building orbit predictions and ephemerides, validating uncertainties, converting algorithms into tested software, and working with customers. It is a full-time, on-site position in central London and requires an MSc or PhD or equivalent experience in astrodynamics, aerospace engineering, or physics, along with hands-on orbit determination, relevant software, and strong programming skills.
