Description
The ORBIT Program Management Office role is a horizontal program-management and process-improvement seat serving Amazon's NA Last Mile operations across six portfolios. The role owns standard work libraries, flash reporting, SOP audits, cross-functional program lifecycles, KPI analysis, and AI-assisted automation pipelines, with the goal of reducing manual preparation time and improving operational efficiency. It requires at least three years of program or project management experience, process-improvement experience, advanced Excel and SQL knowledge, and cross-functional stakeholder experience. The position is available in Nashville, Tennessee; Austin, Texas; and Bellevue, Washington, with base salaries ranging from $66,800 to $129,800 annually depending on location.
