The role focuses on standardizing work, auditing SOPs, managing cross-functional projects, and shipping AI-assisted automations to reduce manual preparation time. It requires at least four years of program or project management experience, process improvement and automation experience, and cross-functional collaboration. The position is available in Nashville, Tennessee, and Bellevue, Washington, with base salaries of $66,800–$116,800 and $82,700–$129,800 annually, respectively.
