Description
The Oracle Cloud Workforce Scheduling Consultant will lead and support the implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and post-go-live support of Oracle Workforce Scheduling solutions. The role partners with HR, Operations, Payroll, and business stakeholders to design scheduling processes that improve workforce utilization, compliance, and employee experience, with responsibilities including requirements gathering, solution design, schedule patterns, shift planning, self-scheduling, schedule publishing, absence integration, and Time & Labor processes. Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Scheduling, Time and Labor, Redwood, quarterly release testing, and complex scheduling troubleshooting are preferred.
