Rust-Oleum is hiring an Order and Data Entry Representative in Vernon Hills, Illinois, reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor. The role involves verifying and entering customer and sales representative orders into SAP, checking account, billing, product, and inventory information, responding to order discrepancies and customer complaints, and coordinating with pricing and customer service teams. The position requires 10-key experience, prior order entry or customer service experience, basic Excel and Word knowledge, strong attention to detail, and effective communication. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with pay of $21–$23 per hour and benefits available after 30 days.
