Description
This role involves clarifying technical aspects of sales inquiries for new machinery businesses. Responsibilities include assessing technical feasibility, configuring products, coordinating production costs and delivery timelines with various departments like Production, Purchasing, and the product line. The individual will identify clarification needs, collaborate with F&E and Design for customizations, and actively participate in the S&OP process. They will manage slot allocations, assign construction numbers, create equipment specifications, consolidate order information, and handle escalations to ensure timely deliveries. Additionally, they support internal billing reviews and manage scope changes during product transitions.
