Description
The Order Coordinator serves as the first contact for product-quality complaints, informs customers about order status, calculates initial unit prices, and checks work quality and quantity. The role processes orders for quality control, coordinates work among employees by available capacity, plans assignments, assigns supervisors and team leaders, and prepares quality-control and rework instructions with customers and suppliers. Candidates need German at C1 or higher, vocational training in automotive mechatronics or mechanics, relevant professional experience, a Class B driver's license, willingness to work a two-shift system, and confident English communication. Compensation is €35,000–€50,000 gross per year, with additional benefits including pension contributions, a job bike, transportation benefits, insurance, bonuses, and vacation days.
