8x8 is hiring an Order Desk Analyst for its Commercial Sales Operations team. The role validates order requests against contracts and approvals, ensures orders comply with sales and commercial policies, processes and schedules orders within service-level agreements, supports sales, logistics, and manufacturer operations, monitors delivery and shipment metrics, handles urgent exceptions, and helps improve ordering procedures. The position requires at least two years of relevant experience, basic revenue-recognition knowledge, strong communication and critical-thinking skills, pricing-matrix ability, and familiarity with Salesforce, Apttus, Vlocity, or other CPQ/QTC systems and CRM and Google Apps. It is a hybrid role during U.S. business hours in BGC, Taguig City.
