Mitel is hiring an Order Desk Spare Parts specialist to support Global Supply Chain operations. The role handles customer, partner, service provider, and internal requests concerning orders and deliveries; analyzes, documents, processes, resolves, and routes tickets and cases; gathers information through SAP, order-tracking tools, and logistics service-provider portals; communicates status and resolutions; processes SAP transactions; and performs administrative tasks while following policies, timelines, and risk controls.
