New Gen Products is hiring an Order Processing Specialist to receive, verify, enter, and coordinate customer purchase orders through the company’s ERP or order management system. The role supports sales, shipping, accounting, and warehouse teams; maintains customer and sales records; prepares invoices and shipping documents; and resolves order changes, cancellations, and delivery delays. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while prior data-entry, order-processing, or administrative-support experience is strongly preferred.
