Description
Builders FirstSource is hiring an Order Expeditor to proactively manage and expedite customer sales orders through the full order-to-invoice process. The role monitors fulfillment, delivery risks, returns, billing and pricing blocks, purchasing, inventory, backorders, and exception reports; coordinates with sales, warehouse, transportation, and other functional teams to resolve issues. It is an office-based, non-supervisory position requiring a high school diploma or GED plus 5 or more years of related experience, along with customer service, communication, problem-solving, multitasking, computer, and Microsoft Excel skills.
