Description
The Order Experience Team Lead will coordinate and coach a warehouse fulfillment team, oversee picking, packing, shipping, ERP and WMS operations, order allocation, aging orders, escalations, KPIs, and continuous improvement. The role requires at least two years of experience in a modern eCommerce warehouse, proficiency with Excel and ERP/WMS platforms, strong communication and analytical skills, and knowledge of LEAN warehouse management. It is a morning-shift backfill with a stated annual salary of $60,000–$65,000 and health, dental, vision, profit-sharing, and GRSP benefits.
