Lily & Fox is hiring a full-time, on-site Order Fulfillment Associate to pick and pack orders, manage inventory and supplies, coordinate shipments with the Australian team, complete customer correspondence, and support warehouse improvement projects. The role requires English communication, basic math, a valid driver’s license, U.S. work authorization, weekend shifts, and the ability to lift up to 49 pounds. The schedule is four days per week across three weekday shifts and one weekend shift, with pay of $22.02 to $26.02 per hour plus equity and company-paid insurance.
