Description
The Order Fulfillment Associate will pick products, operate order pickers and sit-down forklifts, conduct inventory counts, restock products, maintain a clean work area, use scanners and warehouse management software, and follow safety policies. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong organization, basic math and communication skills, reliable transportation, and successful background, physical, and drug screening. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with overtime as needed. Compensation is base pay plus commission, and eligible employees may receive a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days of continuous employment.
