Centro Inc. is hiring an Order Fulfillment Process Leader in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin to oversee the movement, storage, and inventory of raw materials, components, and finished products. The role coordinates production schedules, ERP-based inventory and order management, customer and vendor delivery, inventory shortages, performance analysis, and team leadership for material handling and inventory management. Candidates need at least two years of manufacturing, assembly, or similar experience, ERP and Microsoft Excel proficiency, leadership experience, and strong analytical and communication skills; a bachelor’s degree, inventory management experience, and lean manufacturing familiarity are preferred.
