Xometry is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist to join their Operations team. This role involves managing on-time delivery and quality control processes for all Tridi's orders, contributing to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include following production processes, coordinating projects with customers and production partners, supporting the manufacturing process, providing technical assistance, solving problems, managing projects, tracking logistics, supervising production orders, documenting in CRM and ERP systems, contacting production partners for rework, and collaborating with quality, logistics, and purchasing departments.
