ABB is hiring a Specialist to support sales representatives and manage the complete order-handling process for spare parts and other customer orders. The role includes preparing and coordinating SAP quotations, approving orders, expediting deliveries, invoicing, handling import and export documentation, resolving invoice disputes, responding to customer technical and non-technical queries, and maintaining sales support documentation. The position requires SAP knowledge, fluent Czech and English, MS Office skills, and experience in a sales or logistics environment; it offers permanent employment with flexible working hours and the possibility of working from home once a week after integration.
