Description
Nysonian is hiring a full-time Order Management Executive to own the end-to-end order lifecycle for its Canadian market operations. The role covers order processing and validation, returns management, shipping and carrier coordination, claims and exception handling, freight audit and cost control, and 3PL performance oversight. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field, 2–4 years of e-commerce or D2C operations experience, knowledge of Canadian carriers and tax structures, OMS/Shopify/ERP/WMS experience, and advanced Excel proficiency. The position is in-person in Islamabad, Pakistan, with a 6pm–2am PKT schedule.
