Description
Fivetran is hiring a Senior Order Management Analyst for its Revenue Operations team in Bengaluru. The role owns operational reporting, dashboards, exception-queue governance, order validation, SOPs, system-health monitoring, and cross-functional escalation across the Quote-to-Cash ecosystem. It requires 4+ years of SaaS Order Management, Deal Desk, or Revenue Operations experience, advanced Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite proficiency, dashboarding and QTC-metrics expertise, and subscription-billing and SOX knowledge. The position is full-time, based in Bengaluru, requires commuting to the office and attendance at in-person meetings, and operates 9:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST.
