Description
Evolving Solutions is hiring an Order Management Specialist to manage client orders through the order-to-invoice lifecycle, including order processing, distributor and vendor coordination, ETA management, issue resolution, and invoicing readiness. The role collaborates with Account Executives, distributors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain accurate order data, manage delivery expectations, and support revenue timing. It requires at least three years of experience in order management or related transaction-based operations, ERP or CRM experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to resolve issues and manage competing priorities. The position is hybrid at the corporate office in Hamel, Minnesota, with a salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 annually.
