Synthesia is hiring an Order Management Specialist to manage the end-to-end order lifecycle in its SaaS quote-to-cash workflow. The role validates orders, reviews contracts and commercial terms, supports deal desk and account-executive activities, improves order processes, performs compliance audits, and collaborates with sales, finance, customer success, legal, operations, fulfillment, and product teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least two years of relevant experience, familiarity with Salesforce or equivalent CPQ systems, Ironclad, and NetSuite, and knowledge of SaaS revenue models and revenue recognition.
