Tricon is hiring a mid-level, full-time Order Management Specialist to manage customer orders from receipt through delivery, including ERP entry, order confirmations, pickup and delivery coordination, railcar tracking, shipment documentation, delivery claims, and customer onboarding. The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, customer-service experience, Microsoft Excel proficiency, and 2–5 years of professional experience in the resin industry; a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and ERP experience are preferred.
