Qarisma GmbH is hiring a permanent Order Picker for a retail-sector warehouse. The role involves picking items with a scanner, assembling orders, checking completeness, operating warehouse and goods-management systems, and using a fast-mover forklift. Candidates should have initial order-picking or packing knowledge, handheld-scanner and warehouse-management-system experience, good German skills, and willingness to work early or late shifts with occasional weekend work; forklift certification is desirable. The position offers an unlimited employment contract, an hourly wage of €15.29 plus bonuses, holiday and Christmas pay, and up to 30 days of annual leave.
