The Team Leader, Order Picking leads and motivates a warehouse picking team in the Veurne region, manages daily and weekly schedules, prepares frozen, ready-to-cook, and dry-stock orders, performs final quantity and labeling checks, and seeks opportunities to improve processes and efficiency. The role requires strong leadership, accuracy, calmness during peak hours, fluent Dutch, and French proficiency; warehouse, picking, or food-environment experience is an asset.
