Description
The Order Picking and Logistics Supervisor will lead and organize the picking workshop, plan daily order picking, manage inventory and shortages, optimize the picking process, perform quality checks on documents, quantities, and labeling, and monitor returns and production times. The role requires hands-on execution, team leadership, KPI management, accuracy under pressure, fluent Dutch, and relevant warehouse, picking, or production experience; food-sector experience is a plus. The position offers a market-rate hourly wage, extra-legal benefits, and the possibility of a permanent contract after a temporary employment period.
