Description
Motor-Nützel is hiring an Order Preparation Administrator to prepare workshop orders for service, maintenance, and repair work; verify customer and vehicle data; assign labor operations; support appointment and capacity planning; coordinate with workshop, parts sales, and service advisory teams; prepare cost estimates and service packages; maintain Dealer Management System documentation; and monitor open orders. The role is available at any Motor-Nützel GmbH location, preferably Bayreuth, Bamberg, or Hof, and requires vocational training or a degree with a business/economics or IT focus, business administration knowledge, IT affinity, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
