Xometry is hiring an Order Processing Coordinator (Specialist) for its Customer and Partner Care team. The role processes sales orders, verifies customer accounts, part numbers, pricing, shipping requirements, quality clauses, and terms; resolves order discrepancies with customers; researches information across websites and systems; coordinates with Sales, Accounting, Legal, Quality, and Engineering; and supports data integrity and customer experience. The position requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, accuracy, and time-management skills, along with previous experience in a relevant administrative or customer-service setting and an equivalent high school diploma or GED. The opening is for the 1:30pm EST to 10:00pm EST shift, is hybrid, and offers a base salary of $42,000 to $50,000 annually plus benefits.
