Description
UPS is hiring a full-time, permanent Order Processing Representative III in Richmond, British Columbia, to manage customer activities for containers after they arrive in the country. The role coordinates routing, pickups, and shipment tracking; communicates with customers, suppliers, carriers, and logistics partners; monitors and resolves shipment delays; maintains shipment and documentation records; and supports end-to-end logistics processes. The position requires knowledge of import/export, supply chain, and air or land transportation, along with logistics systems, communication, problem-solving, and customer-service skills. A technical or bachelor’s degree, 1–2 years of relevant logistics experience, and a forklift driver’s license are preferred. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with flexibility based on operational needs, and the pay range is $25.62 to $28.82 per hour.
