Description
The Order Processing Specialist will independently process and coordinate customer orders in a warehouse management system, manage order fulfillment through invoicing, prepare export and customs documentation, maintain customer and item data, and support customers by phone and email. The role also handles complaints, coordinates with Sales, Production, Logistics, and Technical Support, plans incoming orders, and contributes to process improvement. It is a full-time on-site position in Marburg requiring commercial training, customer service and Microsoft Office experience, ERP/warehouse management and CRM experience, German and English proficiency, and preferably a bachelor's degree.
