VITROMED GmbH is hiring a full-time Order Processing Specialist in Langenfeld for a fixed-term contract of two years. The role involves recording and processing customer orders in the ERP system, checking order completeness and availability, coordinating with Sales, Logistics, Warehousing, and Accounting, communicating with customers, monitoring delivery dates, handling invoicing and claims, maintaining order data, and supporting order-to-cash process optimization. Applicants need completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, prior order-processing or sales-support experience, ERP and Microsoft Office skills, and strong German and English abilities.
