The Order Processing Specialist will support export and customs operations for an aviation-industry supplier at its Kaltenkirchen location. Responsibilities include reviewing export transactions, screening sanctions lists, preparing customs and shipping documents, classifying goods, monitoring import and export processing, supporting audits, coordinating with Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, and Warehouse, maintaining records, and preparing reports. The role requires commercial or freight-forwarding/logistics training, initial experience in export control, foreign trade, or customs, knowledge of customs and foreign trade law, and German and English language skills.
