Sand Cherry Associates is hiring an accomplished Order-to-Cash (O2C) Transformation Program Manager to lead a remote enterprise transformation initiative focused on redesigning O2C processes, supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 and OneStream integration, and building governance, operating disciplines, and delivery capabilities within a newly established Enterprise Transformation Office. The role requires strong program management, process engineering, ERP integration, executive communication, and change management skills, with 8+ years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree, and preference for PMP and related certifications. It is a 9+ month consulting opportunity, requires U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship, and expects Central Time availability plus travel of 1–2 weeks per month.
