Atlean World is hiring an Order to Cash Specialist with German in Porto, Portugal. The role involves answering customer questions by phone, chat, and email; solving customer problems; following brand guidelines; logging interactions in relevant systems; and collaborating with the team. Candidates need fluent German, good English, strong communication and problem-solving skills, computer-system comfort, shift availability, a high school education, a clean criminal record, and a valid Portuguese work permit or residence card. A bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance and 2–5 years of Accounts Receivable, O2C, or Finance Operations experience are required.
