The role leads multidisciplinary building design teams across multiple market sectors, oversees staff development and production operations, manages quality, schedules, workload, and project delivery, and supports marketing, proposals, interviews, and cross-business-group coordination. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of experience, strong communication, leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills, and any professional registration, license, or certification required for the role.
