Description
New England Donor Services is hiring a Donation Coordinator to respond on-site to organ donor referrals and provide clinical expertise in donor evaluation, donor management, organ allocation, and organ recovery. The role requires critical care, trauma, or respiratory therapy experience, clinical assessment and communication skills, and significant travel throughout New England. Candidates will attend an onsite Waltham orientation and then work 16-hour day-on-call shifts, generally three shifts per week on a four-week schedule, with mileage and other reimbursements available.
