Description
The Organ Family Services Coordinator I supports Infinite Legacy’s mission by compassionately engaging families at the time of death to discuss organ and tissue donation, leading authorization discussions, coordinating with hospitals and external partners, and partnering with Aftercare to connect families with grief and bereavement resources. The role requires travel within the donor service area, participation in a rotating call schedule, thirteen 12-hour shifts per month, and completion of documentation and regulatory requirements. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related healthcare or counseling field is preferred, along with 1–2 years of experience in acute care, hospice, bereavement counseling, crisis intervention, or a related setting.
