Unisys is hiring a Senior Analyst for Organisational Change Management (OCM) to work from home in India. The role leads end-to-end change activities across complex transformation initiatives, including impact and readiness assessments, change strategies, communications, training, stakeholder engagement, adoption tracking, risk management, and sustainment planning. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and four years of relevant experience, with Prosci or equivalent change management certification preferred.
