Additional Information

Proven track record designing operating models for engineering, product, platform, or technology functions.
Experience defining governance models, decision frameworks, and organizational metrics.
Strong understanding of agile delivery, product operating models, DevOps, and modern engineering organizations.
Experience in workforce planning, organizational diagnostics, and transformation programs.
Consulting background or experience within large-scale enterprise transformation environments preferred.
