Ibility is hiring an experienced Organizational Change Management Analyst to lead and support change initiatives for a large federal agency. The fully remote role assesses organizational readiness, develops future-state organizational designs, coordinates with government clients and stakeholders, creates communication and adoption plans, supports training, and serves as a trusted advisor. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of relevant consulting or transformation experience, OCM experience with system or IT implementation, strong communication and writing skills, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
