Description
The OCM Manager will develop and execute organizational change management strategies for Unisys Corporation projects and programs. Responsibilities include change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communication and training plans, project integration, effectiveness monitoring, leader coaching, and continuous improvement of OCM practices. The role requires experience with organizational change management, complex corporate change initiatives, stakeholder influence, analytical and presentation skills, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Prosci certification is a plus.
