Protolabs is hiring an Organizational Change Specialist for a hybrid role based in Maple Plain, Minnesota, with onsite work Tuesday through Thursday. The role supports employees adopting new processes, systems, and ways of working through change strategies, impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training coordination, workshops, adoption monitoring, and lessons learned. No direct change management experience is required, but candidates should have a bachelor's degree or comparable experience and at least two years of professional experience.
