Description
The Organizational Design Program Manager leads end-to-end organizational design initiatives, translating business strategy into organizational structures, operating models, decision rights, governance, and accountability frameworks. The role partners with business leaders and HR colleagues, manages the design roadmap and project plans, evaluates workforce analytics and financial impacts, develops outcome metrics, supports career frameworks and role architecture, and delivers coaching and learning to build organizational design capability. It is a full-time permanent hybrid position with two days in the office, available across multiple Canadian cities, and pays $120,000–$145,000 annually.
