Description
The Organizational Development Consultant will partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop, execute, measure, and improve organizational development and talent management programs. Responsibilities include talent strategy, leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, organizational analysis, employer branding, and continuous improvement of OD initiatives. The role requires post-secondary education in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience, 5–7 years of progressive experience in organizational development or a related field, and knowledge of OD principles and tools. It is a hybrid position with four days onsite in Richmond Hill and includes health and dental benefits, an associate discount, RRSP/DPSP, performance bonuses, and learning programs.
