Horizon Farm Credit is hiring an Organizational Development (OD) Partner to lead enterprise-wide initiatives involving organizational culture, employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, leadership development, change management, and organizational effectiveness. The role partners with HR, Communications, and Learning & Development, analyzes organizational data, coaches leaders, facilitates strategic and team effectiveness sessions, and develops tools supporting psychological safety and inclusive leadership. The position requires a bachelor's degree in organizational development, psychology, human resources, or a related field and generally at least eight years of progressive experience. It is available in Mechanicsburg or Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, or Westminster, Maryland, with a hybrid schedule, and offers a salary of $97,900-$122,400 plus potential bonus.
