Description

Solution SFT is seeking an Organizational Performance Advisor to support Revenu Québec managers and other stakeholders in planning, implementing, monitoring, and optimizing performance initiatives across Quebec City, Montreal, and Laval. The role covers process diagnostics, results-based management, change management, performance indicators, operating models, continuous improvement, workshops, training, and senior-management reporting. Candidates must hold a relevant bachelor’s degree, have ten years of experience including at least five in Quebec’s public, parapublic, or private sectors, and meet additional experience and assignment requirements.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, industrial relations, or an equivalent discipline
Required Previous Experiences: Ten years of experience, including at least five years in Quebec’s public, parapublic, or private sector, as an organizational performance advisor working on process optimization, change management, and organizational transformation in comparable organizations.
Two strategic assignments involving organizational and process performance diagnostics, value-creation levers, expected benefits, and measurable results in a large-organization context.
Two assignments lasting at least 250 person-days each as an organizational performance advisor involving operating models, strategic process alignment, and governance collaboration.
Two assignments lasting at least 250 person-days each in Quebec public or parapublic organizations involving organizational or technological transformation challenges and governance-validated deliverables.
At least five engagement workshops with multidisciplinary IT, business, and management groups in transformation or process optimization projects.
Two assignments lasting at least 250 person-days each involving strategic deliverables, maturity assessments, performance reports, and senior-management presentations in complex organizational change contexts.
